Spaghetti a’la amatriciana

To danie odkryłam niedawno, przepis podrzuciła mi koleżanka i zakochałam się od pierwszego kęsa! Bardzo proste w przygotowaniu, mega proste i oczywiście pyszne! Lekko ostre z wyraźnym posmakiem wędzonej szynki, posypane startym parmezanem – całość tworzy genialną kompozycję smaku 🙂

Spaghetti a’la amatriciana

I discovered this dish not so long ago, my friend introduced me to this recipe and I felt in love with first bite! It is very easy to prepare, quite simple and, of course, delicious! A bit spicy with a distinct taste of long-ripening ham, everything sprinkled with grated parmesan – all of that combines into an amazing taste 🙂
